Are there washing machines in the residence?

Yes there are four washing machines in the residence

When I arrive at Bournemouth Airport what I have to do? go to the residence or to the school? and how? by bus? by taxi (how it many costs)? What is the better option?

You can walk from the train or coach station to the residence which is around 10 minutes walk. By taxi, it will cost you around £3:50 In the confirmation letter, there is an emergency number if you need any kind of help when you arrive and stay in Bournemouth. Yes you will need to bring your towels

BCC will provide you with welcome pack which includes notice book yellow bus map, pencil and pen.

BCC residence has 9 showrooms and Students share the toilets and the kitchens facilities.
